Job Type:
Full remote, full-time, contract-to-permanent employement.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions through calls and/or screen sharing sessions;
Oversee customer onboarding from demo activation to the purchase of our services;
Assist customers in ensuring the smooth operation of critical data management processes;
Handle advanced technical investigations and provide prompt resolutions for customer-reported issues;
Collect functional feedback from customers;
Collaborate with the technical development team to gather new implementation requirements;
Resolve software-related issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the e-commerce field and/or marketplace sales (essential);
Ability to interpret and manipulate data feeds in various formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, and TXT;
Proficiency in spreadsheet software and advanced data analysis functions;
Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and plugins for data channeling;
Hands-on experience managing e-commerce on platforms like Magento, Prestashop, BigCommerce, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud;
Excellent communication skills to explain software functionality to potential clients;
Strong customer support skills for the configuration of multi-channel online sales applications;
Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce CRM and its tools;
Knowledge of other languages at a professional level;
A degree is a plus but not essential.
